Exchange, return and refund policy
In order for Nish Perfumes Store to ensure customer satisfaction, the following policy has been adopted:

• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged to maintain quality and safety.
• If you receive a damaged or different product than ordered, the store will bear all shipping and replacement costs.
• The amount will be refunded after examining the product and ensuring that it complies with the return conditions.
• The amount will be returned to the same payment method within the period specified by the financial authority or bank.
• Shipping fees are not refundable after completing the shipping process, unless there is an error on the part of the store.
